Waterlands Village's Villa de Agua 7 is a very comfortable, luxurious and charming villa on the water, overlooking the lagoon of Kralendijk, Laguna Marina. The cottage was modernized in 2021 and fully equipped. Enjoy the peace and the sun on the terrace, the pelicans diving into the water, iguanas lying in the sun or turtles surfacing to breathe.
Te Amo Beach is just around the corner!
Just a few hundred meters away is the famous Te Amo beach, where you can enjoy fantastic snorkeling. In a 5-minute drive you can reach the center of Kralendijk with some of the best restaurants on the island. Most diving spots are close by and easy to reach, you can walk straight into the water. The windsurfing and kitesurfing beaches of Sorobon and Atlantis are a 10-minute drive south.

The living room, with well-equipped kitchen, overlooks the large covered terrace on the water. There are two large bedrooms which both have their own bathroom with rain shower. The master bedroom has its own toilet, the other bedroom has a separate toilet. The living room has a spacious loft with a third double bed. Next to the villa is a large outdoor area with outdoor shower. There is the possibility to rinse and hang out diving equipment. The space is large enough to read or sunbathe on a lounger, while a cool breeze blows through this space.
